This was my first visit to ImbibeLive, a two-day specialist show primarily for On-Trade retailers of beers, wines and spirits - restaurants, Bars, pubs, clubs etc. There was so much going on, with hundreds of exhibitors and a full programme of seminars, industry schools, tutored tastings for sommeliers, a mixology lab... one really needed the ability to be in three places at once.
